HOUSE REHABILITATION – BENEDITA

Rehabilitation of a single-family housing with about 80 years, making it suitable for the demands of modern life.

The work carried out included the replacement of the roof, removal of wooden floors, removal of plasters and repair/containment of stone masonry. Implementation of new water, sewage and electricity supply networks. New wall and floor coverings, new carpentry with lacquered finishes, more efficient thermal and acoustic frames.
