APARTMENT REMODELING AND RENOVATION, LISBOA
Renovation, restoration and refurbishment project of an apartment in the heart of Lisbon, with an eclectic architecture and vaguely Art Nouveau. Condition was to preserve the identity of the apartment through the restoration of existing elements while it was endowed with modernity and comfort.
Work performed included:
- Complete replacement of water supply, sewerage, gas, electricity and communications networks;
- Installation of air conditioning in all areas;
- Replacement of window frames, with the application of more efficient thermal and acoustic window frames;
- Reformulation of the marquee area with the creation of two distinct zones. A technical area with laundry area, toilet and a social area;
- Preservation and restoration of floor parquet;
- Restoration of the interior doors and footers. It was lacquered in place;
- Restoration of decorative elements in wood;
- Carpentry with new lacquered finish, including kitchen and bathroom furniture;
- Coatings and paints.
